Graduating from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Marketing and International Business, Sammi brings over 10 years of experience in property management and real estate sales to her role at MGMT. Her comprehensive background in both fields has equipped her with exceptional customer relationship management, problem-solving abilities, and a meticulous eye for detail—qualities that ensure her clients receive reliable, insightful, and results-driven service.

Sammi’s dedication to excellence has earned her a strong and loyal client base, with many repeat clients among both landlords and tenants who value her professionalism and personalised approach.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Spanish, Sammi works seamlessly across a diverse range of clients, ensuring smooth communication and understanding in every interaction.

As a landlord herself, Sammi has first-hand insight into what property owners need and expect from a management service. This personal experience allows her to provide practical, tailored advice that helps her clients protect and grow their investments.

Kegan Monteiro

Residential Property Manager


Kegan brings over 20 years of experience in the property industry, including 16 years working with two large property management agencies. During this time, he has successfully managed large portfolios and supported property owners through every stage of the property management process with professionalism and care.

He also spent five years working in Body Corporate, giving him a strong understanding of property governance, compliance, and the importance of clear and effective communication between owners, tenants, and contractors.

Kegan has built a reputation for maintaining low arrears and low vacancy rates through proactive management and careful tenant selection. He believes in involving property owners in the tenant selection process, ensuring both parties have confidence in choosing the right tenant for the property.

Over the years, Kegan has developed strong relationships with trusted independent contractors who provide honest advice and high-quality workmanship. This allows maintenance issues to be handled quickly and efficiently, giving landlords peace of mind while protecting the value of their investment.

Kegan is passionate about bringing a more personal approach to property management, where landlords and tenants feel comfortable reaching out for support and guidance. Outside of work, he enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle, living on a lifestyle block where he cares for livestock he has rescued, and spending time with his extended family.
